"How can I receive print catalogues, price lists, etc?"
To receive print catalogues, price lists, or other information you must be a retailer. We ship catalogues and complementary product information with your first order.
"Can I purchase your products if I'm not based in Canada?"
Yes! Creed Canada distributes fashion products to retailers internationally.

"What can I expect from my first order?"
You can expect your first order to include:
The products you ordered and your invoice
Catalogues and an order form
A notice to remind you to report any damage or shortage within 7 days of dispatch of goods
On counter cards or brochures for the lines you have ordered that you can use to promote the products you have ordered
Our business card that contains our contact information
"How much is shipping? Who do you ship with? How long does it take to ship my order?"
Carrier: Our official carrier is Canpar-Reliable and inexpensive
Cost: Normally around $ 8.95-19.95 depending on weight and distance
Handling fee: There is no handling fee
Time: Normally it takes 2 business days to get your order ready.
If you order make-for-order items, it will take additional 3 to 7 days to be ready. The shipping within Canada normally takes 1 to 7 days. During trade show season (August and September, January and Feburary), it may take 1 week to have your order ready to be shipped.
"What are my payment options?"
We accept Visa, Master card, Amex and C.O.D. from established customers.
"What are return options?"
You may return any product within 7 days of receipt. Call for an RTV authorization.
